According to the National Health and Health Commission, a 56-year-old male patient named Luo was from Dongxiang District, Fuzhou City. He went to Wuhan to purchase goods on December 20 last year, and returned to Dongxiang District on January 9 with fever, cough and other symptoms on January 10. He was admitted to the hospital for isolation treatment and confirmed to be a confirmed case of pneumonia on Tuesday (21st) after confirmed by experts. The patient is currently a severe case, and 43 of her close contacts are under medical observation.
Another 50-year-old male patient named Chen was from Xiangdong District, Pingxiang City, who had worked in Wuhan for live bird trading, returned to Xiangdong District on January 2, and was admitted to hospital for isolation and treatment due to fever, cough and other symptoms on January 10. They are all severe cases, but the current situation has improved. The six close contacts were all under medical observation and no abnormalities were found.
