The Honduran Ministry of Foreign Affairs also confirmed that these migrants are part of the caravan. The statement quoting the Vice Chancellor for Consular and Migratory Affairs, Nelly Jerez, added that between Wednesday and Friday of this week the Mexican authorities will also send daily buses with approximately 500 Hondurans who were part of the caravan and were held at the border of Mexico with Guatemala "for not complying with immigration requirements," according to Jerez.

The INM report specifies that at 8:43 am local a National Guard (GN) aircraft left from the Carlos Rovirosa Pérez International Airport, located in Villahermosa, Tabasco, bound for San Pedro Sula with 110 Honduran people as well as Agents Migration Federals and elements of the GN.
