The Jerusalem District Attorney's Office is expected to indict tomorrow for the driver that caused the death of Tzipi Rimmel and her daughter Noam in the road accident on Highway 443 two months ago. To Walla! NEWS learned that a hearing was held for Tarek Kurds driver yesterday, after the prosecution informed his defense attorney that she intended to prosecute the offense with ease following a hearing.

In the accident, father Ephraim and son with me were also injured while on their way from Jerusalem to their home in Neve Tzuf. Ephraim has recovered and is in rehabilitation and I am still in serious condition at Shaare Zedek Hospital in the city. Yesterday, in a meeting with the hospital staff, Father Ephraim said that "our story is a trigger for awareness of the traffic accident issue." He expressed hope that people would remember the topic through their story. "The main idea is that we in the State of Israel are fighting on many fronts, and perhaps our case will also be a trigger for awareness of the issue of caution on the roads."

The accident occurred near the intersection of Givat Ze'ev-Camp Ofer, from Jerusalem in the direction of Modiin, while the vehicles were apparently traveling. Itai, who was critically injured after being trapped in the back seat of the vehicle, marks his 12th birthday today. In addition to him and his father Ephraim, four other people were injured in the accident, including an 18-year-old who was moderately to seriously injured.

It is suspected that the driver of the vehicle that crashed into the family's vehicle was speeding. As a result of the accident, three other vehicles that stood at the intersection were injured. Police arrived and police road accident examiners arrived at the scene, who opened an investigation to investigate the circumstances while gathering evidence and findings. "This is a very serious car accident that took place at the Givat Ze'ev junction," said MD Yishai Levy. "The two vehicles were really crushed and dismantled and the injured were trapped inside."

The couple has three more children - nine-year-old Leah, seven-year-old Amichai and three-year-old Harel. Tzipi worked as an English teacher at a school in Neve Tzuf. She and her partner Ephraim were previously youth coordinators in the settlement, and emissaries in the Jewish community in Chicago.

Three weeks ago she brought Noam Rachel to the world. "She asked me to come with her and bring her chocolates," said Deborah, Ephraim's sister. "I held Noa. I always had the fear of little children, but she was just born beautiful. Tzipi was so excited to have another daughter and Noam was already dressed in every possible pink item. I told Tzipi how beautiful her girl was." She added that "this is a baby three weeks ago I kept her in a hospital, and today I came to this hospital to say goodbye to her."
