The Hague International Court on Tuesday rejected the plaintiff's request to review the authority for investigation in the territories. The reason - the first request filed on the subject about a month ago is too long.

However, the judges told the prosecutor that she could resubmit the abstract with a special request for a longer than usual document, and they would consider her request.

The initial affidavit filed by the Pato prosecutor on December 20 contained 120 pages and the tribunal judges asked it to be re-filed, limiting 110 pages in the recap.

The rejection, which lasted almost a month, could delay the court's decision regarding the future of the investigation for several more months.

In addition, the apparent procedural decision appears to be that the judges will not rush to deliver their decision, but as Bensuda's hope is to receive court approval to conduct a full investigation of Israeli actions in the Palestinian Authority and to be prosecuted for committing war crimes no later than March 20, far from reality .

Bensuda's December decision to recognize a Palestinian state and begin an investigation into the State of Israel's actions in the territories of Judea and Samaria led to an Israeli call against the Hague Tribunal, while the Palestinian Authority praised the decision.

Israel still considers interrogation of the actions in Judea and Samaria as a tribunal decision, which ignores UN Security Council Resolution 242 stating that Israel and the Palestinians should resolve their border issue.
