The Lai Chi Kok Correctional Institution is the place where the most arrested persons are being held. Legislative Councillor Shao Jiazhen (22th) launched the "Brothers, Brothers, and Your Group Year" event, calling on participants to assemble outside the Lai Chi Kok Correctional Institution at 8 pm and bring light tea and rice to eat with the arrested people for a group dinner.
