The defendant denied the charge, and the case is scheduled to begin on April 14. At that time, the trial will be conducted by Chief Su Wenlong and the referee; the prosecution stated that five police officers would be sent to court to testify. The defence also revealed that the defendant had been violently treated by police officers and had applied for a medical report from the Hospital Authority. The trial will also be brought to court. During the deferred period, the defendant was allowed to continue to guarantee going out.
