In the early morning of Wednesday (22), someone blocked the road with an iron fence and a trash can at Sai Kung Street in Mong Kok. Police arrested a 19-year-old man at the scene and the case was handed over to the first team of the Mong Kok Police District Criminal Investigation Team. He has been charged with one count of "misconduct in public places" and his case will appear in the West Kowloon Magistracy this morning.
