In the film, Zhengyue Lin reiterated that she had asked colleagues to respond quickly, to stand up to the situation, and to be open and transparent in epidemic prevention. She also emphasized that she will return to Hong Kong early in the morning after she finishes her work, and will hold a high-level meeting to review the latest situation and contingency measures upon arrival.
The short film was filmed at a conference venue. Lin Zhengyue still had identification documents on her body when she appeared. A large number of foreigners passed behind her during her speech, which seemed to be taken temporarily in a hurry.

The last time Lin Zhengyue Facebook spoke, it was January 16. She finally mentioned that today is her last day at the World Economic Forum and she will fly back to Hong Kong early tomorrow morning after the completion.
