A second man with the Corona virus was hospitalized Thursday in Los Angeles, California, after feeling ill during a flight from China.

Authorities said that after a brief diagnosis, the man was identified as suffering from the virus that broke out in Wuhan city of China. In the meantime, the US Center for Prevention of Infectious Disease has issued a third-degree campaign warning to China and urged the American public not to visit the city of Wuhan, where the virus erupted, and avoid travel to the country if possible.

Authorities in China have decided to restrict traffic in the cities of Wuhan, Huangang and Azhu, Chibi and Xinjiang, which populate more than 20 million people, the New York Times reported today. Since the virus spread, 18 people have died and at least 660 people have been infected. In addition to canceling flights and rail lines, China has been ordered to close cinemas, theaters, cafes and other public spaces.

Today, it was first reported that an 80-year-old man died as a result of the virus in the Hubei province, outside the city of Wuhan, where the disease broke out. This is a sign that the closure imposed on the city fails to stop the spread of disease to the surrounding countryside. Traffic restrictions will affect millions of residents of the area just days after the Chinese New Year, with many traveling across the country.

According to an AFP report, the virus is said to have spread from seafood and the animal trade market. "We feel like this is the end of the world," the Vaughan resident told the French news agency. He said there was a concern about food shortages and disinfectants. Another resident described the mood as a bad cry, given the actual closure imposed. Meanwhile, in Beijing, widespread gatherings around the temples on New Year's Eve were banned.

In the morning, Wuhan actually closed due to the cancellation of trains, public transport and airports. It is a huge transport hub of more than 11 million people, a focal point of a virus, which has spread to other parts of the world in the meantime. As the evening progresses, the state plans to close Huangang, a seven-million-year-old city, located more than 48 miles from Wuhan. The trains will also be seated in an island that seats a million people.

In Huangang, the railway and public transport lines will cease operations at midnight. According to an official statement from the Chinese government, residents will not be allowed to leave the city without special permission. Residents in Wuhan said the feeling of fear was growing as the city was under siege. The new virus, which was first detected in late December, resulted in the deaths of 17 people and infected hundreds of people in Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, South Korea and the United States.

More than 30,000 people fly from Wahan every day. Many others drive it on trains and vehicles. This is an industrial center in central China. The city has a large airport and a central port, from which vessels sail to the Han and Yangtze rivers passing through it. The Chinese authorities' restrictions have interrupted the travel of millions of Chinese citizens, many of whom are traveling early next year. The government has asked residents not to leave the city unless it is an urgent matter.
