The Indian authorities announced today that an Indian nurse working in a hospital in southern Saudi Arabia has been infected with the Corona virus.
"Tests have been conducted for 100 Indian nurses, most of whom are from Kerala state, working at Al Hayat Hospital in Asir, where only one of them was found to be infected with the Corona virus," Indian Minister of State for External Affairs Vimurali Mortaidharan said in a tweet.
It is mentioned that this virus is a new type of the Corona family that may cause harmless diseases in humans, such as the common cold, but it may be the source of deadly diseases such as SARS.
