According to the investigation, the women entered Israel under a tourist visa. 48-year-old Noam Levy, who owns a security and cleaning company from Rishon Lezion, was arrested on suspicion of recruiting those illegally employed women as cleaners. At the same time, the company owner and two of his employees allegedly raped the same women and committed sex crimes.
Police attach to them serious suspicions of human trafficking and rape for the sake of Inos. Police said it was a complex investigation conducted by Rishon Lezion station investigators, an investigation that even branched out and raised additional suspicions of money laundering against the company owner.
The investigation was opened late last November, following a complaint made by the Israeli police against three Israeli men, on suspicion of committing sex offenses against foreign workers from Ukraine and Russia, whom they allegedly engaged in violating the law.

All suspects, residents of Hod Hasharon, Holon and Rishon Lezion, were arrested at the end of December, and since then, their detention has been extended from time to time in the Rishon Lezion Magistrate's Court. Yesterday, the suspects were extended for another seven days.
On an appeal today in the District Court for the case of one of the suspects, the court reduced the extension of his sentence to six days. Furthermore, the Rishon Lezion Magistrate's Court today extended the prohibition order on the details of the investigation until February, allowing the publication of the existence of the investigation, suspicions, names and details of the suspects.
