UNIDENTIFIED MAN fires fire at passersby in downtown Washington State • Large police forces launched chase after shooter
At least one person was killed and five others were injured in a shooting attack in downtown Seattle, Washington, DC, according to local media outlets in the state.
The local newspaper, the Seattle Times, reported that the five injured were in serious condition and the shooter managed to escape from the scene of the shooting. It was also reported that large police forces launched a hunt for the shooter.
Seattle Fire and Rescue Squadron Commander Harold Scoggins told reporters at the scene that no fate has been reported yet but all are in critical condition.
An employee of a nearby coffee shop told the Seattle Times that he had not heard his gunshots.
