Several people were injured in Seattle, Washington, during a shooting on Wednesday afternoon between police and at least one armed subject, the Seattle Police Department reported in its Twitter social network account.

No police officer or assistant sheriff of King County were injured during the confrontation, authorities said.
Police said the suspect shot near a McDonalds fast food restaurant.
