The second-year student of the IVE Higher Diploma in Applied Nutrition, Chen Jiachen, said that since childhood, his family loved himself and did not regulate his diet. When he was studying in a kindergarten, his appetite was also very large, and he could eat a McDonald's meal alone. After going to elementary school, she continued to indulge her diet. She often eats fried chicken spleen. After school, she also eats afternoon tea, such as two cups of noodles. By the time she was five, she weighed 60 kg and rose to 68 kg in middle school.
Being obese makes her low self-confidence. "There will be fewer photographs, even when taking photos, she will be in the back row." Sometimes, her classmates inadvertently laughed and made her feel uncomfortable. Later, she realized that some members of the family had suffered from diabetes, and feared that long-term overeating would cause genetic diseases, so she was determined to lose weight in high school, and she saw a dietitian adjust her food intake and cultivate a balanced diet. During this period, equally obese mothers and older brothers fought alone to avoid losing their family members.
