Chinese authorities announced today the closure of some tourist areas in an attempt to reduce the spread of infection with the new Corona virus.
"The museum will stop receiving visitors from tomorrow," he told Xinhua, noting that he will publish an announcement of the date of the resumption of its opening to visitors.
Several major public places in China including the National Museum, National Library, National Museum of Art and Prince Kong Palace have taken similar measures to contain the virus.
The National Health Committee of China announced earlier that the number of people infected with Corona virus in the country increased to more than 830, of whom 25 died.
