An earthquake struck again today, the Cevrija district, in the state of Alazig in eastern Turkey, measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale.
The Presidency of Disaster and Emergency Management, "Avad", said in a statement carried by the Anatolian News Agency, speaking on behalf of the Turkish regime, that the tremor occurred at a depth of 15.71 km below the surface of the earth.
Yesterday, the Sifrijah district witnessed an earthquake measuring 6.8 degrees, killing 29 people and injuring 1,234 others in the states of Alazigh, Malatya, Diyarbakir, Adiyaman, Batman, Kahraman Marash and Shanli Urfa.
