Chinese President Xi Jinping stressed that the spread of the new coronavirus is accelerating in the country, noting that this puts the country in danger.
"China can win the battle against the emerging Corona virus," President Xi was quoted as saying today at a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party Political Bureau.
"In the face of the accelerating epidemic, it is necessary to strengthen the central and unified leadership of the CPC Central Committee," Xi added.
And Chinese TV announced earlier today that President Xi held a meeting of the Political Bureau in order to discuss the measures that will be taken to counter the spread of the new Corona virus, which has spread in some regions of China and has spread to other countries in the world and led to the death of 41 people and infected more than 1300 globally.
Meanwhile, the Chinese government has decided to suspend organized flights to and from China to counter the outbreak of the Corona virus, which has killed 41 people in the country and registered cases on several continents.
And Chinese TV announced today that as of next Monday, Chinese travel agencies will not be able to sell hotel reservations and make organized trips.
To that, Chinese media said that the capital, Beijing, will stop the movement of all buses between the Chinese regions, starting from Sunday to limit the spread of the virus.
In a related context, a medical group in Shanghai Zhejiang Science and Biotechnology Co., Ltd. succeeded in developing a test for the new Corona virus, which is the first test product of the virus by the legal examination authority.
After obtaining permission from the National Drug Control Authority, this group is to be sent to hospitals, CDCs and CDCs upon entry and exit to determine whether there is an emerging coronavirus in the samples of the suspected patients.
