Coordination of the periods of rationing electricity in Lattakia to suit bakery work

The General Manager of the Electricity Company in Latakia, Eng. Fadi Saud, confirmed that the dates of electric rationing in the governorate will be changed in proportion to the work of 8 vital bakeries in it to ensure that they are fed with the electric current during the production process.

Saud stated in a statement to SANA that the purpose of the decision is to secure electrical feeding for bakeries during the production process, pointing out that some housing units connected to the electrical grid lines themselves will benefit from the decision.

For his part, Director of the General Company for Bakeries, Samer Soussi, indicated that coordination with the Electricity Company ensures that the bakeries are fed with electricity and that rationing takes place during the baker's downtime, which supports the production process and saves fuel.

Soussi explained that the bakeries covered by the coordination plan between the electricity and the branch are distributed in various regions and include bakeries of Damaskhoro, Halloum Square, Karameh and Bansadah in the city of Latakia and the bakeries of Qardaha and Jableh and Al-Hafah in addition to the Khirbet al-Jouziyeh bakery in the countryside of Lattakia.

These bakeries operate two shifts per day, starting from five in the morning until two in the afternoon, and the second shift from five in the evening until two in the morning.
