Luis Arce: "It is difficult to have clean elections in Bolivia"

Luis Arce, presidential candidate for the Movement to Socialism party in Bolivia, believes that it is difficult for the necessary conditions for a transparent electoral process to be met. However, Arce points out that he has to participate because he represents the population that is tired of what is happening in the country. The candidate explains that after the coup d'etat came another economic and states that, when returning to Bolivia, the current government has no elements to put him in jail.
