Returning to choose between right and left

A little over a month into the elections, Likud and Netanyahu have been given the opportunity to be relevant again, leading (and not leading), and most of all, Israel's national agendas. Time is therefore a time of tearing up masks, of making decisions, of repositioning the cards - a time to put truth to the public: returning to choosing between the right and the real left.

The Likud, who is too easily caught for frivolous complacency at such moments, should internalize: This is the last chance of the party, as the leader of the national camp, and of Netanyahu. If they fail to seize the opportunity, the event can be closed. The risk of losing the opportunity is greater than the chance of succeeding.

First, a refusal front is expected from the purists of the right-wing settlers and certain divisions in religious Zionism, who do not miss an opportunity to make clever statements, take care of the treat, and miss the point. It is precisely from such circles that initial chaos can be created in the form of hour-long doubt and the blowing of sticks in the wheels in the form of a struggle for ideological protection. With these, the Likud will have to deal first, and mention the reality of pre-Oslo and past events.

A second front is expected - and in fact already opened - from the media. The sourness of the radio and television studios and newspaper systems has already necessitated bringing all the forces into the campaign to curb resistance. Remind all snout curves to refute their statements and predictions, demand clashes on an equal footing, and ensure that this time - unlike similar past events - will be a democratic balance in the media debate.

However, the most challenging front will open from the Attorney General's Party, the party that is navigating the agenda towards the third campaign. In the face of the legal system, one must stand fearlessly, and continue to demand separation of powers. To fearlessly flood the personal political position of these system members, their past rulings, and their ideological and value habitats. Certainly, this is the most important campaign, because the reasonableness and proportionality treaty can contain any truth and wrap it in every piece of paper - and these are precisely the papers that need to be torn.

The legal system is now headed by a party of officials and friends of the establishment, who have been fortunate and lucid without agreeing on any national issues - except for one issue. If there is any significant reason for deliberating on a trip to Washington, it is not the fear of a "trap," and certainly not an ideological justification. The concern is the fate of the immunity hearings in the Knesset, which are currently the only way for this body to strive for the desired political reality without the crutch of the State Attorney's Office. For them, the Knesset Tribunal is an important historical opportunity; Not the rare event that may determine the national future for generations.

Because in the very essence of things, the persecution campaign is intended to thwart this very historical moment in which the national camp faces the possibility of fulfilling its vision of the Likud leadership. This is why the white-blue State Attorney's Office now operates in a symbiotic combination to disrupt the moment in any way. The Likud should remember - it is also their "man-time", personally against Netanyahu, and ideological against the right.
