The child goes missing during the night (Saturday) in Jerusalem was found to be in human condition. Resuscitation was performed on the 8-year-old while in human condition. Extensive searches have been conducted since last night for eight-year-old Case Abu Ramila, who has been missing since the afternoon. His footprints disappeared after being seen on the streets of the Beit Hanina neighborhood.

Police suspect the child was abducted. In the footage from the security cameras released, the boy appeared to be entering the vehicle. However, his father claims it was not his son in the video and police are investigating his version. The residents who went searching began marching towards the Neve Ya'akov neighborhood, but were stopped by the police. A confrontation ensued as some residents began throwing stones at the police.

Police forces began as soon as the report was received with extensive scans to locate the minor who continued throughout the night. As part of the searches, the fire extinguishing system was carried out together with search and emptying of the rainwater reservoir without results.

The Jerusalem District Commander, Doron Yedid, commanded all the forces in the area and evaluated the situation in which instructions were given for continuing the scans and searches. At night, the Jerusalem District Police Department met with family members and public leaders in order to get more information and details, and to update them on the search and scanning activity.

Alongside that, a number of dozens of local violations occurred during the night near the Neve Ya'akov / Beit Hanina junction, during which Border Fighters and police officers operated. Three suspects were arrested and an order was placed on the scene.

In July 2018, seven-year-old Karim Jumhor was kidnapped from his home in Kalanswa. He was released three days later after being detained in the Occupied Territories. The suspect in the kidnapping order is Ahmed al-Nakiv, a 41-year-old construction contractor from Lod. An indictment was filed against him and three other defendants.
