After his interrogation ended about a year ago, the State Attorney's Office decided to prosecute MK David Bitten (Likud), subject to a hearing. According to the suspicion, between 2015 and 2013 Bitten allegedly received bribes amounting to NIS 513,000 from the contracting company Danya Cebus Ltd., through his associate MI, for assistance in two projects.

Bitten's interrogation was conducted in the police unit's Blade 433, in a case known as file 1803. According to the investigation, hundreds of testimonies were collected and dozens of suspects were intercepted, Bitten received as part of his public duties: when he served as deputy mayor of Rishon Lezion and then as MK, a financial bribe In return, "Bitan exerted his authority, influence, and strength of his connections on various factors. This has led to changes in decisions, permits and reductions in municipal payments. "

At the conclusion of the investigation, police believed there was sufficient evidence to substantiate the suspicions against Bitten, in 12 cases.
