On the way to presenting the Centennial Plan: Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu took off to Washington on Sunday for his meetings with President Trump, saying that "Tuesday we will make history."
Just before boarding, Netanyahu told reporters: "Five years ago, I left the United States for Congress because I had to face a president who brought in a US president because I believed she would jeopardize Israel's vital interests, in fact, in its existence." As he recalls, he had many controversies.

"Today I am going to Washington to stand alongside an American president who brings a plan that I believe promotes our most vital interests," Netanyahu added. "For the past three years, I have talked countless times with President Trump, a huge friend of the State of Israel, and with his team on our vital interests. Our security and justice. Tomorrow I am going to meet with President Trump, and on Tuesday we will make history."
Along with Netanyahu, Tourism Minister Yariv Levin, US Ambassador Ron Dramer and Ambassador to Israel David Friedman took off. Also, three Samaritan councilors arrived at the airport to wish Netanyahu successfully.
Blue and White chairman Benny Gantz also took off for Washington this morning, where he will meet with President Trump tomorrow. He is expected to return to Israel on Tuesday to attend the Knesset plenary talks.
