"Over the past ten days, cargo flights and many other flights have been seen landing at Libya's airports in its western and eastern parts, providing advanced weapons, armored vehicles, consultants and fighters to the various sides," it said. The UN delegation condemned "these ongoing violations that threaten to degrade the country into a renewed and intense fighting round."
The statement claimed responsibility for several countries participating in the Berlin summit, which Germany and the UN sponsored, and discussed ways to achieve a lasting ceasefire in the country, but did not specify which of them violated Libya's embargo since 2011.
