Summary :

On January 16, after more than a year of investigation, an investigating judge closed her investigation into an extraordinary case: in a supermarket for the crime called BlackHand, Internet users offered fake gray cards, stolen credit cards , cocaine, or personal data.
The network had been dismantled in June 218 and today, 6 suspects are under investigation. Among them, a police officer from the DGSI (General Directorate of Internal Security) and a cyber investigator from the gendarmerie.
