Weather Overview: The winter monsoon is bringing cold weather to southern China. Hong Kong is generally cloudy today. It is cold in the morning with a light rain or two. It is clear and dry during part of the day. The temperature ranges from 11 to 16 degrees.
The Observatory's outlook: The morning of the next day or two will still be cold; it will be fine and dry in the middle and late of this week, and the temperature difference between day and night will be large.
