Zhang Zhujun, director of the Department of Infectious Diseases of the Center for Health Protection of the Department of Health, pointed out that when contacting quarantined people, the relevant personnel will wear protective clothing, so they are not close contacts at high risk.

Security team members also need to be quarantined. However, the two had contacted other people before being told that they needed to be quarantined. One had been to work and the other had been to Chegong Temple this morning.
Zhang Zhujun said that if the incident is related to the isolation camp, it is believed that the members of the Civil Security Team will be the eighth confirmed case. However, when contacting the isolated person, the staff will wear protective clothing, so it is not a high-risk close contact. It is still to be confirmed whether the protective clothing of the members of the civil security team is sufficient.
