Justice Minister Amir Ohana is expected to reach a decision soon after the state attorney general.
The Minister interviewed several candidates on the matter, including Attorney Liora Habiliu, Haifa District Attorney Amit Iceman, Special Role Deputy Nurit Littman, Fiscal Department Director Camille Attila and Deputy State Attorney for Economic Enforcement Liat Ben Ari, who apparently will not accept the position Meeting on the subject, for good measure.
"We have concluded that we will keep the process secret from the public eye until we reach a decision," the minister said in an interview with "Meet the Press." "It's not bound to come to an agreement. We will try to reach an agreement, even if not - I will reach a decision, as the law says." Shortly thereafter, the Minister of Justice and the Supreme Court held a meeting in the Ministry of Justice, during which the Court proposed appointing alongside Moshe Lamberger, Orit Kotb and Zion Illouz, also Deputy State Attorney Liat Ben Ari and Deputy State Attorney and Nurit Litman.

It is estimated, since this is a battle for mishaps, that the Minister will select a candidate who is not from the list of adviser Mandelblit. Meanwhile, the State Attorney's powers were divided between a number of years from the High Court and the High Court itself. The current situation is inconvenient for the prosecutor's office, and it seems incumbent on the Minister of Justice not to decide.
