However, "Hong Kong 01" received feedback from passengers that they returned to Hong Kong via the Luohu Port on the 27th of this month but were not required to fill out a health declaration form.

Although the new measures have been implemented for several days, when responding to the inquiry, the DH only said that the CHP was "actively preparing" and arrangements with relevant departments and units, meaning that the relevant arrangements had not been fully implemented.

Until the next day (25th), the authorities announced the expansion of health declaration for mainland immigrants to all ports, including six land ports connecting Shenzhen.

No form is required to return to Luohu Port

However, "Hong Kong 01" received feedback from passengers that he returned to Hong Kong via the Luohu Port on the 27th of this month but was not required to fill out a health declaration form. Instead, he was asked to fill out a form in the Mainland port.

Department of Health: Actively preparing

In response to the enquiry yesterday, the Department of Health stated that the passenger health declaration system was implemented at the West Kowloon Station of the High Speed ​​Rail from January 24, requiring all passengers who come to Hong Kong by high speed train to complete and submit a "Health Declaration Form". However, regarding the expansion of the health declaration system for mainland immigrants to all ports, the Department of Health only said that the Centre for Health Protection is making every effort to "actively prepare" and arrange with relevant departments and units.
