Some citizens are dissatisfied that the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government has not sealed off and controlled the epidemic. On the Internet, it calls for the slogan "Save Hong Kong, paralyze traffic; rescue medical care, and strike." (January 29) The whole country went on strike and this morning paralyzed traffic in many places throughout the territory. [06:15] Police said that at about 5 am, someone threw a petrol bomb at the Tianshuiwei Police Station, and no one was injured in the incident. The case was classified as "arson" and no one has been arrested for the time being.

[05:50] Close to 4:00 am, some MTR staff found that there were many sundries in the rails near the Sheung Shui Railway Station. These include bicycles, iron nets and bamboo branches. The police arrived at the scene to understand that there were preliminary suspicions that someone had earlier dropped debris from a footbridge. No one has been arrested for the time being.
