Occupied Jerusalem-Sana
The Israeli occupation authorities announced today a new settlement plan to seize tens of acres of Palestinian agricultural lands north of the West Bank city of Hebron.
The director of the Office of the Resistance of the Wall and Settlement Authority, Hassan Brijieh, told Wafa that the new plan aims to seize tens of acres planted with olives and almonds from the lands of the towns of Sa'ir and Sheikhs, north of Hebron, to expand a settlement built on Palestinian lands in the region.
With the support of the American administration, the occupation authorities are stepping up their settlement operations in the West Bank, ignoring international resolutions that confirm the illegality of settlement in the occupied Palestinian territories and demanding that it be stopped.
