Dozens of Palestinians participated in a protest stand in the West Bank city of Hebron to condemn the continued violations of the Israeli occupation authorities against Palestinian prisoners in their detention facilities, and a refusal of the so-called "deal of the century".
Wafa news agency quoted the director of the Prisoners and Editors Affairs Authority, Ibrahim Najajra, affirming during the stand today in the town of Dura, south of Hebron, that what is happening against the prisoners inside the occupation camps is an organized crime and an incompatible matter for all international norms, stressing the need to end the Israeli occupation and establish the Palestinian state on the borders of the fourth of June 1967 Its capital is Jerusalem.
The participants also rejected the so-called "deal of the century", stressing that there is no concession on the legal principles and rights of the Palestinian people and the need to implement international legitimacy decisions.
About six thousand Palestinian prisoners inside the Israeli occupation camps face harsh conditions of detention, as 1,800 prisoners suffer from multiple diseases due to the spread of epidemics and germs, among them about 700 prisoners need urgent medical intervention, especially cases of cancer, kidney failure and paralysis.
