Sham Shui Po District Councillor Liu Jiaheng said on a social networking site today (28) that his council assistant was arrested this morning at the junction of Nanchang Street in Changsha Bay for "criminal corruption". Liu Jiaheng said that the banner had been posted as early as the 30th night of the year. Liu said that this morning, he and his assistant went to the scene to check the banner and found that the banner had been sealed with garbage plastic bags.
