2020-01-28T14:04:16.884Z

A pileup involving six vehicles in Méry-sur-Oise, including a car running on LPG, caused the total closure of the car on Tuesday

A pileup occurred on Tuesday on the A 115 at 11:30 am, near the junction with the Francilienne (N 184). Among the five cars and the utility vehicle involved in the accident was a car running on LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas). This led the Val-d'Oise firefighters to establish a safety perimeter for their intervention.

As a result, traffic on the A 115 was cut in both directions and a detour was set up by the gendarmerie services.

The accident caused a major slowdown in the sector, which affected in particular the N 14 towards the province where many heavy goods vehicles were traveling and where a material accident also occurred, causing further slowdowns.
