Coronavirus forces mother and daughter to flee Wuhan 2:41

Hong Kong (CNN) - Wuhan's coronavirus has spread worldwide since the first cases were detected in central China in December. At least 132 people have died and more than 6,000 are fighting symptoms that include fever and breathing difficulties.

The National Health Commission of China has confirmed that the virus can be transmitted from person to person through the "drop transmission", where the virus is transmitted because an infected person sneezes or coughs, as well as by direct contact.

On Wednesday, Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced that the government is negotiating plans to evacuate more than 600 Australian citizens from Hubei province.
