Poste: Del Fante, course on human rights for all employees

- "We are pursuing a path for which human rights must enter the skin of our colleagues", with these words, the CEO of Poste Italiane, Matteo Del Fante presented the online course created with Sioi (Italian Society for the international organization) at the workshop "Business and human rights: the role of businesses for sustainable development.
"Today represents the start of a path that will involve the entire company population within the year through an innovative and unprecedented online training program that will be integrated with the new initiatives and activities of the corporate sustainability plan on the topic human rights as the work support program for women victims of violence, "said Del Fante in his speech. "We approved a specific human rights policy in December 2018 - the CEO explained on the sidelines - and we decline it across our entire operating chain.
This means attention to people in a broad sense, attention to women and our colleagues, great attention in the way of logistics which unfortunately in Italy is afflicted by many practices still not adequate to the rights of workers.
