Today (31st) for the "831" Prince Edward Station clash occurred for 5 months. Citizens still bring flowers and streams of money to the B1 exit of Prince Edward Station to commemorate flowers. Riot police officers stepped out of the police station and removed the flowers. Some citizens presented flowers at the scene again, or inserted a piece of petals into the gap of the iron fence, and performed a silent ritual at 8:31. Demonstrators later blocked roads along Prince Edward Road West and Nathan Road, causing traffic to stop at the intersection. Police repeatedly raised blue flags at the Mong Kok Police Station to warn that a large number of riot police officers stepped out of the ground from Prince Edward Station and cleared obstructions. Another group of riot police officers went to Nathan Road to disperse the demonstrators in a police car. Many people were detained and searched during the process.
