Dozens of Palestinians were injured today due to suffocation as a result of the Israeli occupation forces' suppression of the weekly anti-settlement demonstration of Kafr Qaddum village, demanding the opening of the village street that has been closed for 16 years east of Qalqilya in the West Bank.
The coordinator of the Popular Resistance in Kafr Qaddum Murad Shtaiwi told Wafa that the occupation forces stormed the village and fired poison gas bombs heavily towards the participants in the demonstration that was launched today to denounce the "deal of the century" and the oppressive occupation practices against the children of the village, the last of which was a child seriously wounded yesterday evening, which led Dozens of them suffocated.
Kafr Quddum is witnessing continuous demonstrations against the occupation and has become part of the public life in the village that has devoured the apartheid wall and settlement lands.
