Rouhani, on the anniversary of the revolution's victory: Resistance is the only way to confront enemies

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani stressed that the only way to confront enemies and address their plots is to follow the path of resistance.

"We are witnessing these days the greatest tragedy in history, which is the ill-fated deal of the century for all Muslims and the free world," stressing that there is no way to confront it and confront enemies except with resistance, "Rana news agency quoted Rouhani as saying during today's speech on the 41st anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran.

Rouhani talked about the comprehensive ban imposed two years ago on Iran, saying, "We will overtake this ban as we overcame it during the past forty years, and this will be done by resisting the people and standing against the hegemonic domination."

The Iranian President pointed out the importance of the upcoming parliamentary elections in the country and the necessity for wide popular participation in them.
