To try the trick for yourself, all you need to do is fill a sink or large vessel with warm water and add a full cork of baby shampoo. Put the shrunken garment in the water and leave it immersed in them for half an hour. After half an hour, gently began to stretch it to soothe the fabric.

The next step is to remove the garment and gently squeeze the water out of it, but not completely. Then place it on a large towel, and roll it with the garment still inside to absorb the moisture. You want the garment to be slightly wet but not soaked. Next, remove the garment and place it directly in front of a ventilation source and begin to stretch it gently as it dries.
