A girl on the World Cup slope in Lenggries suffered great pain on Saturday: it was badly fallen while snowboarding.

Lenggries / BadTölz - The beautiful weather and good slope conditions kept the Lenggries mountain rescue team busy last Saturday. It started at 10.40 a.m. A Wackersberger (23) fell on the maple run towards Wegscheid and sustained an injury to her knee, according to the press release. The forces transported the young woman with the Akja to the valley, where she was handed over to the BRK. At the same time, the Tölzer Bergwacht also cared for a patient with a knee injury at the Garland exit.

A few minutes after the first alarms, a snowboarder's accident was reported by a ski school. A girl (9) from Lenggries fell on the World Cup slope and unfortunately slid to the edge of the slope. When falling into a small stream, she seriously injured her leg. The father was on site and took care of his daughter until the emergency services arrived. In addition to the medically trained rescuers, a mountain rescue emergency doctor was also on site and provided the child with pain relievers. The injured person was brought down to the valley on the Akja and handed over there directly to the emergency services. Another mission report reached the mountain rescue service hut around 3.20 p.m. A five-year-old had fallen on the Lenggrieser Hang near the Streidlhütte and had injured his ankle.

"Thanks to the large number of rescue workers and the smooth cooperation with the Bergwacht Tölz, it was possible to handle three missions almost simultaneously and to bring all patients safely down into the valley," writes the new press spokeswoman Lina Maria Feile. The Bergwacht Lenggries also looked after the Sparkassen Cup on the World Cup slope with 120 students on Saturday. There was no incident here.

Last Thursday, the Tölzer Bergwacht rushed to the aid of a 75-year-old man on Blomberg. The Tölzer had slipped in a depression on the forest road and was seriously injured in the thigh. Because the man was in severe pain, an emergency doctor was called and taken to the accident site in an off-road vehicle. The 75-year-old came to the Tölzer hospital.
