Therefore, an unpaid leave plan is introduced. The length of unpaid leave ranges from 1 month to 4 and a half months, which can be determined by employees. The earliest holiday start date is February 17, depending on the month the employee chooses to take a holiday, and the final holiday start date is June 1.
