South Korea : There were two more cases of new coronavirus infection on February 5 in South Korea. One of them returned from Singapore. A total of 18 confirmed cases have been reported locally.

The 17th patient diagnosed was a 38-year-old Korean man who recently returned from Singapore to work. He was in contact with a Malaysian man who was diagnosed with the new coronavirus. Vietnam: Vietnam added 2 confirmed cases on February 4th, with a total of 10 cases. Philippines: Philippine Health Minister Francisco Duque III's press conference in Quezon City on February 2 confirmed that a 44-year-old Chinese man was diagnosed with Wuhan pneumonia in the Philippines and died of the disease on February 1. This is the second confirmed case in the Philippines and the first death case outside China.

Belgium : The Belgian health department said on February 4 that one of the nine Belgians who had evacuated from Wuhan, China on the 2nd, had a positive test for the new coronavirus. This is the first confirmed case in Belgium.
