Official Pacific Operation Trailer, with Majida Issa and Mark Tacher

Telemundo's new mega series, “Operation Pacific,” will be a police drama that will focus on the life of Amalia Ortega, played by Majida Issa, who will fight tirelessly to do justice, even if that puts her in danger of death.

In the official trailer of this project we can go a little deeper into Amalia's double life, on the one hand a loving woman who has a family, but who is at the same time captain of the Secret Police Investigation Unit.

Ortega is aware of the life she chose because of what happened in her past, but this road puts her in danger and moves her a little away from her husband Jorge Camacho and her children.

Being part of the police force, Amalia will have the mission of finding and capturing “El Guapo”, a mysterious criminal whom nobody has seen and nobody knows, but General Álvaro López trusts her so that she can capture him.

In the company of Gabriel Pedraza (Mark Tacher), Amalia will go through difficult situations to find this drug dealer and on his way he will also endanger the life of his loved ones.

With phrases like "I will enforce the law, whatever it costs" and "What does not kill me, it makes me stronger," Amalia makes her presentation in this shocking advance of "Operation Pacific."

Recorded in Mexico and Colombia, this series will introduce white-collar drug traffickers like never before seen on television, working as a network in several countries, including the United States.

Also, the series will break several stereotypes by presenting the story from the perspective of a woman who works as a secret agent for justice.

The return of Majida Issa will be one of the most anticipated, since it will change the narrative of this type of series.

“Operation Pacific” will be released next Monday, February 10 at 10 PM/9C on Telemundo and will be broadcast Monday through Friday.
