A 3.8 magnitude earthquake on the Richter scale was felt this morning around 7:00 in the northern region. The Geophysical Institute reported that the source of the earthquake was 9 km southwest of Tirat Carmel. According to residents of the area, the earthquake felt well in Tiberias, Haifa and Zichron Yaacov.
