The events date back to March 2017. On the day of the alleged assault, Charlotte * must bury her father. The whole family is present before the funeral. Shaken by sorrow, before the start of the ceremony, the teenager prefers to step aside to smoke a cigarette. Nordahl Lelandais accompanies him. According to the story she gave to the investigators, her cousin first took her in his arms. He would then have caressed her buttocks and then touched her chest before she pushed him away. "He told me 'if you say something, I will kill you'," she confided to BFMTV last summer. The accused allegedly subsequently sent dozens of displaced SMS messages.
