Almost a year ago, at the end of February 2019, Florencia Kirchner requested authorization from the Federal Oral Court 5 (TOF 5) to travel again to Cuba, from where he had returned shortly after receiving an award for the documentary about Santiago Maldonado in the one who participated as a screenwriter. The vice president's daughter will be one year old since she is in Havana. There it is being treated at the Center for Surgical Medical Research (Cimeq). Florencia Kirchner suffers from a "post-traumatic stress disorder and mild lymphedema of the lower limbs , " says the documentation as they confirmed Clarin in court.
The papers indicate that Florence is receiving the necessary treatments, but does not mention that she is hospitalized . Although those who assist her reiterated that she is not in a position to travel, since this could aggravate her picture , "the reason is not explained why nor was more information provided , " judicial sources said.
Until February 11, the Vice President of the Nation is in Cuba accompanying her daughter. She also had to ask the court for authorization to leave the country.
The first medical certificate
According to the initial medical certificate issued by the Cuban clinic and presented to the Argentine Justice, Cristina's daughter suffers: “as a main (definitive) diagnosis a post-traumatic stress disorder, indicating as other diagnoses the following: purpuric syndrome under study; Sensitive demyelinating polyneuropathy of unknown etiology; amenorrhea under study; low body weight and slight lymphedema of lower limbs of unspecified etiology. ”
That diagnosis was not clear enough to the court, which asked to deepen and cross-check it with the findings of local medical experts.
Suspicions of local specialists

The causes on trial
With a key change in the integration of the Tribunal, TOF 5 has the next trial against Cristina Kirchner and her children, Máximo and Florencia. This is the unified process of the causes Los Sauces (the family real estate) and Hotesur (hotel management company), the two Kirchner firms used for money laundering operations, as determined by Justice. The start date of the joint trial of both cases has not yet been set. The parties are in the stage of offering evidence to the TOF, a step prior to establishing the schedule. The Kirchners are accused of illicit association and money laundering.
Los Sauces SA and Hotesur SA dedicated to the location of real estate - in the second case exclusively of hotels - were investigated for the contracts concluded essentially with the entrepreneurs K Lázaro Báez and Cristóbal López.
