After 48 hours in the dark, the patience of the neighbors is over. And they claim by testing the temper of the San Martín passengers, who cannot reach Retiro or continue towards Pilar.

Enter the building like every night, but feel in the middle of one of those suspense series that catch us. We don't think we're going to find a Netflix villain on the next floor, but the adrenaline rush. There is not even an emergency light. Just the little lamp on a cell phone that operates as a flashlight. The only sound is the distant barking of the dogs waiting behind the doors. Right there, where there was life, today looks like an abandoned tower.

But there are people, of course. There is Amalia, the lady in the room who lowers her pet five times a day and has difficulty walking. There is Marta, the neighbor of the sixth who has already asked the children to go down a dozen times to look for water. There are Mariana and María who live in the first, blessed them, but suffer because they fear missing the classic Avellaneda, so fans of Racing. Not to mention the children of the seventh. We are almost all, but Edesur decided to leave us at random from Thursday at 2:00 pm, when they say that a camera exploded in Melincué and Campana . The light returned at 18, left at 20, fleeting like a summer love.

What followed was a real odyssey for the residents of Villa del Parque. With 42 degrees of thermal sensation and orange alert , everything went dark brown. Not even after the storm came calm. Cuenca, from Beiró to Nogoyá, had intermittences. One block yes, another block no. On Tinogasta and Pedro Lozano there was light, on Helguera, cross street, no. And in a country that promised full refrigerators, the one who saved his food in a freezer friend was lucky.

Suddenly, the purring of the generator sets extinguished some claims, but ignited others. It was a craving disposition. Why was a group of people given birth and not others? From the roads of San Martín towards Nogoyá, yes. From that same point to the other side, no.

Patience ended with water. And a picket was assembled at the station , where the train could not take its course. Then, it was time for reflection in the middle of the neighborhood chaos. What is the fault of the man who returns home from José C. Paz? Maybe he got up early, took the San Martin and went to work. He returned tired of a long week to enjoy with his family. Why does the road cut have to suffer? Why does another suffer a power outage because of a company that, at a minimum, did not do its job well? Perhaps that same neighbor who today hits the pan with Charlie Watts soul was caught in a picket on July 9. What responsibility does that same lord have for a group of pointers to take the busiest avenue in the City?

When are we going to understand that the right of one ends when the other's is violated ? A greengrocer insults a passenger on the train. "Take the collective," he shouts, attached to a cluster of words that is not grapes, precisely. And why should you get on a bondi if you paid the San Martin ticket? Why did someone cut the light?

The culture of the cuts generates speed among the workers themselves . The one of the power cuts and the one of the street cuts. And while we fight, we live in a cyclical country, almost to the rhythm of Discépolo. Because he who doesn't cry doesn't breastfeed and it doesn't matter if we trample on the other. Loaded with politicians of all colors who pass through Congress and never solve real problems. Those of now and those of before. Those who feed the crack for convenience when we all suffer. He who has no light and he who has, too.
