February 9th is excellent in the world today international pizza. And this is definitely a holiday that is celebrated, because it is one of the most popular, if not favorite, foods in the world.

In case you missed it: All the deals and promotions of International Pizza Day in Israel

However, even in pizzas, you probably won't be surprised to find out, there are different levels of performance and taste, and not every pizzeria will get the product at its highest level, to say the least. On the American Fox Network, talk to American chef and icon - Italian Mark Blue, who runs a pizza-making school in New York City and is considered one of the biggest experts in the United States to be a pizza maker.

Blue, who has tasted thousands of pizzas on his travels around the world, has presented five basic principles whereby anyone can tell whether the place where they are buying their pizza serves a good and tasty product or is it a place to stay away from. "Of course, you can count on testimonials and customer ratings, especially if you order over the Internet, but if you want to rate the pizzas you know over the years, here are some tips that together will help you get acquainted with the field."

Too good a deal is a bad deal

A place that sells pizzas at a low price and wholesale should create suspicion for the buyer. This does not necessarily mean that the product is bad, but pizza, like any other dish, requires quality care and products. Therefore, too cheap a product may indicate a low product in terms of its taste and quality.

Pizza should look good

A good pizza tray will always look appetizing, not all triangles look the same because the cheese is a "living" dish with changes. Therefore, the triangles may appear incompatible but still delicious. On the other hand, if the crust around the pizza looks pale and in the texture of a pale polystyrene, expect it to taste too. In this area there are no surprises.

Materials processed too

Often the flour from which the pizza is made can be chemically treated to produce stronger dough or more gluten. Such activity is not good and hurts the taste. Therefore, where pizza flour sacks are presented to customers, it is common practice for large pizzas in the US to check the flour and whether it looks good or not. The processing of the materials achieves a result that looks nice but not tasty and good.

Stay away from a product that says it's good when you're drunk or a snack available

Pizza Triangle is a dish for anything and any time. If the place recommends you pizza as their starvation is hungry or when you are drunk then this is an unmatched product. Rule Mark Blue recommends, "Pizza is not a food on the road but a meal. Choose a place that behaves this way."

The smell has meaning

A good pizza has a distinct smell that can be identified after tasting such. So if the smell of pizza doesn't seem good enough to you, but the tray looks almost fine and you can't see the products the pizza is made of, then you should only buy one triangle of classic cheese pizza with no extra. Now taste the cheese and the sauce when they are together. If the taste is not good, don't buy any other product on the spot and just move on.
