Naama Issachar's first statement after her release from prison: The newly released Russian prison, which is still adapting to the Holy Land after about nine months in prison, posted a Facebook post on Sunday thanking various parties that helped bring it to Israel.
"For several days now I have been thinking how to thank you, how to appeal to all of you and saying that I am so grateful for this love, how to thank for all your efforts, the groups, the prayers, the worries, the letters, and a million other things I am not even aware of," Naama began.
"You gave me a lot of land in the chaos, because I knew in my heart that I wasn't fighting alone. I am so excited to be in the country, and the amount of hugs and support I receive warm my heart. All this would not happen without you, I am lucky to have a circle of people like that. Keep me safe while I didn't have the ability to do it myself. You brought me home. "
